Bespoke Mont Shower Tray
These terms apply to all Mont bespoke shower trays, including trays supplied in Tissino furniture colours and bespoke RAL colours.
- Mont bespoke shower trays are made to order and manufactured specifically to the RAL reference provided.
- Once an order has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, amended, returned or refunded, including in the event of cancellation or change of mind by the end consumer.
- Bespoke lead times are indicative:
- 6 weeks for Tissino furniture colours
- 8 weeks for bespoke RAL colours
- Lead times are for delivery to UK Mainland. For all other areas, standard delivery lead times apply in addition to the bespoke lead times above.
- Bespoke trays are supplied to a specified colour reference (Tissino furniture colour or RAL reference). Colour compliance is assessed against the colour reference itself and not by comparison with samples, swatches, photographs, renders or digital imagery.
- Due to the nature of bespoke coatings and manufacturing processes, minor variations in shade, tone or sheen may occur. These variations are inherent to the product and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
- Colour appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions, viewing angle and surrounding materials once installed.
- Samples, swatches and images are provided for indicative purposes only.
- Tissino cannot be held liable for incorrect colour selection, including where an incorrect RAL code or colour reference is provided, or where insufficient research or consideration has been undertaken by the retailer or end consumer prior to order placement.
- Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Once installed, products are deemed accepted and no claims will be accepted.
- Any claims relating to damage, defects or colour discrepancies must be notified prior to installation and within the applicable claim period.
- Any remedy offered is limited to the product supplied and at Tissino’s discretion. Tissino is not liable for labour, installation, removal, reinstallation, delay or consequential costs.
- Retailers are responsible for clearly communicating to the end consumer that the product is bespoke, non-cancellable, supplied to a colour reference rather than a visual match, and that minor colour or sheen variation is possible.
- By placing an order, the retailer confirms that the end consumer has approved the specification and colour selection prior to order placement.
